  28. If you have a PC PAR, you don't need anything else. Save LW images either 
  29. directly to the PAR or to disk first and transfer to PAR later (I always
  30. use the second method). Then the PAR has all the video outputs you need.
  31. If you are not using a PAR, there are numerous video/frame buffer cards
  32. out there. Targas, Vistas, and a bazillion Targa clones. But the only reason
  33. to go this route, is if you already have some single frame capable video
  34. recording gear.
